(A) Licensed commercial garbage haulers, contract haulers, commercial establishments, or public institution upon approval by the landfill operator and the Finance Officer and or City Engineer will be billed monthly for landfill fees as provided in § 52.07. Nonresidential passenger cars and other larger vehicles not using the municipal landfill area as extensively as commercial garbage haulers may tender cash payments at the landfill prior to disposal of waste material.
(B) The rates charged for landfill fees shall be 5% greater on accounts unpaid by the due date stated on the bill.
(C) Landfill use may be discontinued for past due accounts following notice to the customer by telephone or certificate of mailing.
