§ 52.03 DEPOSITS RESTRICTED TO HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (A)   All deposits of receivable solid waste made into the municipal landfill shall be made only during the regular hours of operation and designated days as established by the City Manager of Vermillion. The City Manager of Vermillion, acting on behalf of the Joint Authority, is authorized to make changes in hours and days of operation to accommodate holidays.
   (B)   Commercial haulers, contact haulers, or individuals may deposit separated, segregated materials, such as yard waste, large trees and limbs, tires, metals, lead acid batteries and untreated wood during all regular landfill hours. All the aforementioned materials shall be segregated and deposited separately from all other receivable solid wastes.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person or licensed collector or hauler to deposit or cause to be deposited any receivable waste at the municipal landfill at any time after closing hours as posted at the entrance to the municipal landfill.
