§ 52.02 PROHIBITED DEPOSITS IN CITY LANDFILL.
   (A)   Notwithstanding any other ordinance provision, it shall be unlawful for any person, including a licensed collector or hauler, except for the city to deposit or cause to be deposited on the municipal landfill any of the following:
      (1)   Dead livestock or other large dead animals;
      (2)   Filth from privy vaults, boxes, or cesspools;
      (3)   Automobile bodies or other bulky articles;
      (4)   Hazardous waste which is not incidental to household waste;
      (5)   Infectious waste;
      (6)   Waste tires not shredded or quartered;
      (7)   Raw sewage, sludge, and septic tank pumpings;
      (8)   Lead acid batteries;
      (9)   Pesticides and unexpended pesticide containers;
      (10)   Ash, except from fireplace incinerator residue from a household or single building;
      (11)   Volatile substances and explosives and the materials and items which are hereby excluded from RECEIVABLE SOLID WASTE as defined in § 52.01;
      (12)   Loose paper or other loose material which can be or is liable to be carried by the wind outside the dumping ground to the injury or annoyance of nearby property owners; and/or
      (13)   Yard waste, trees, metals, wasteoil, tires, lumber and untreated wood.

   (B)   The following special wastes may be accepted with prior approval of the City Manager: petroleum-contaminated soil, bagged asbestos, water and waste water treatment plant sludges, industrial process waste, and ash.
