§ 51.06 CONSTRUCTION PERMITS REQUIRED.
   Any person, before entering upon the construction, erection, or wiring of any electrical work not covered by a state permit, must secure from the Electric Superintendent a construction permit. The permit shall describe in detail the proposed location, the plan of construction, material, and apparatus to be used before the construction certificate shall be issued by the Electric Superintendent. No permit shall be issued to any person without the license provided for by § 51.05. No alteration or change shall be made in the wiring of any building nor shall any building have wiring for the placing of electrical lights, motors, or heating devices without first securing a permit therefor, nor shall any change be made in any electrical plans after inspection by the Electrical Inspector without securing a new permit therefor.
