OVI; Reckless Operation; Speed

434.01   Driving or physical control while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

434.02   Reckless operation on streets, public or private property.

434.025   Reasonable control.

434.03   Maximum speed limits; assured clear distance ahead.

434.035   Speed limits on private roads and driveways.

434.04   Slow speed; posted minimum speeds.
