248.02 DIRECTOR OF CIVIL DISASTERS.

The Director of Civil Disasters shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to confirmation by a majority vote of Council. The Director shall coordinate the administration and operation of the Disaster Services Agency of the City, subject to direction and control of the Mayor.
