There is hereby established in the City a Fire Prevention Bureau. The Fire Prevention Bureau shall be supervised by the Fire Marshal and the Chief of the Fire Division. The Bureau shall be composed of six members of the Fire Division including the Fire Marshal. The compensation for members of the Bureau shall be the same hourly rate as training time rate. The Bureau members shall perform the duties and have the authority prescribed by the Ohio Revised Code and the Codified Ordinances of the City and such additional duties and authority as shall be prescribed from time to time by the Chief of the Fire Division.
