   242.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.
   A Fire Division is hereby established for the City. The Division shall consist of a Fire Chief, appointed by the Mayor, and such number of volunteer firemen as may be authorized by Council. (Ord. 826. Passed 5-6-63.)
