In addition to the permit required by Section 1083.01(b), the permittee shall notify the Building and Zoning Inspector when he or she is ready to make the connection and no connection shall be covered before the same has been approved by the Inspector. There shall be a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00), which is required to be paid by such applicant upon an inspection performed by the Building and Zoning Inspector.
