1442.01 BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS TO BE BOARD OF BUILDING CODE APPEALS.

In compliance with the provisions of Section 4 (b)(5) of Article VI of the City Charter, the Board of Zoning Appeals created by Article VI of the Charter shall also act as the Board of Building Code Appeals provided for in the Building Code of the City, and shall exercise all of the duties and functions of such Board.
