1242.07 FILING FEES.
   (a)   The filing fees as provided by this section shall be paid to the Planning Commission at the time applicable documents are submitted to the Commission for consideration. If a subdivision plat or other document is withdrawn by the applicant, or is rejected or disapproved by the Commission, any subsequent resubmittal shall require the payment of the applicable filing fee as set forth below.    (b)   Filing fees for the following documents submitted to the Planning Commission shall be as follows:
      (1)   Lot split involving five (5) lots or less: $400.00, plus $250.00 for each revised plan submitted)
      (2)   Residential, commercial, and industrial preliminary plan and final plat reviews: $1,750 deposit.
         A.   Additional funds must be deposited any time the review fees submitted fall below 25% of the original required amount. The additional funds must be equal to 50% of the original required amount.
         B.   Any funds remaining after all review costs have been deducted shall be refunded to the applicant upon completion of all reviews and approval of the project.
      (3)   Hardship legislation pursuant to Section 1240.02: $600.00.
      (4)   Engineering field inspection deposits shall be in accordance with Section 1250.02.
      (5)   Any item not listed above presented to Planning Commission with drawings/information submitted for review shall be charged $250.00.
