   1240.08 DIVISIONS OF LAND SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS.
   All divisions of land, as set forth in Section 1240.10 (26), which are not specifically exempted by Section 1240.07 , shall be subject to the provisions of these Regulations. (Ord. 850. Passed 7-1-63.)
