(a) The maximum permissible sound pressure level dB(A) for any activity located on property in an industrial zone, whether open or enclosed, adjoining other than a residential zone, shall be an additional ten decibels, plus ten dB(A), as set forth in the Table in Section 634.06.

(b) Whoever fails to comply with this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a noncompliance occurs or continues. The penalty shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
