(a) Any activity located on property in an industrial zone adjoining a residential zone, whether open or enclosed, shall not exceed, at any point on or beyond any lot line, the maximum sound pressure level set forth in the following table:

(b) Whoever fails to comply with this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a noncompliance occurs or continues. The penalty shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
