632.05 MASTER LIST OF HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS.
   (a)   Not later than ninety days after the enactment of this chapter (Ordinance 85-50, passed September 16, 1985), the Erie County Health Commission shall compile a master list of hazardous chemicals, including all the chemicals on the following list:
(1)   The Occupational Safety and Health Administrator's list of Toxic and Hazardous Substances, 29 C.F.R. Sec. 1910, Subpart Z;
(2)   The U. S. Department of Transportation's Hazardous Materials Table, 49 C.F.R. Sec. 172.101;
(3)   The American Conference of Governmental and Industrial Hygenists' list entitled "Threshold Limit Value for Chemical Substances and Physical Agents in the Workplace; "
(4)   The International Agency for Research on Cancer's sublist entitled "Substances Found to Have at Least Sufficient Evidence of Carcinogenicity in Animals;" and
(5)   The National Toxicology Program's list of chemicals published in the annual report on carcinogens.
 
   (b)   The Commission shall recommend to Council any revisions to such list as it deems necessary.
 
   (c)   Copies of the master list shall be available to the public without cost.
