(A) All permits issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be renewed annually and shall run from January 1 to December 31.
(B) The receipt of more accidental false alarms than stated in § 99.12 may be considered cause for denial of permit renewal.
(C) Permit renewal may be denied by the issuing authority if information of a false or fictitious nature is found, as offered by the applicant, or other good cause shown.
