§ 99.12 SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR FALSE ALARMS.
   (A)   The alarm user shall be assessed a fee of $25 for each false alarm where the false alarm results in a response by the Police Department within any 12-month period greater than the following.
      (1)   Each residential home, no more than 3 false alarms.
      (2)   Each business location with 30 or less contact points, no more than 6 false alarms.
      (3)   Each business location with more than 30 but less than 60 contact points, no more than 12 false alarms.
      (4)   Each business location with 60 or more but less than 90 contact points, no more than 18 false alarms.
      (5)   Each business location with 90 or more but less than 120 contact points, no more than 24 false alarms.
   (B)   This fee is to help defray the cost of Police Department personnel's response to false alarms when an alarm system is activated a without visible signs of illegal entry or any other occurrence against which the system is designed to protect.
