§ 97.05 PAVEMENT RESTORATION AFTER GAS MAIN OR PIPE WORK.
   In the event that any street is disturbed for the purpose of repairing or re-laying any gas main or gas pipe and is not restored as soon as possible to its former state or condition, the Director of Public Safety and Service shall repair the street after giving 10 days notice of the intention and return it to its former state or condition at the expense of the person at whose instance the street was disturbed.
