(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than $100. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation that is found in violation of § 97.51 shall be fined $75 for each offense.
