(A) The Clerk of Council shall be permitted to publish a succinct summary of each ordinance or resolution passed by Council in lieu of the complete text pursuant to R.C. § 705.16.
(B) Such summary shall contain notice that the complete text of each ordinance or resolution may be obtained or viewed at the office of the Mayor.
(C) The Director of Law shall prepare and present to Council a succinct summary of each ordinance or resolution at the time it is prepared.
(D) Upon publication of a summary of an ordinance or resolution, the Clerk shall supply a copy of the complete text to any person upon request and a copy of the text shall be posted in the Mayor's office.
