§ 40.05 PROCESS FOR PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
   The City of Van Wert shall now conduct all of its public notice requirements electronically through the internet website maintained by the City of Van Wert consistent with the provisions of House Bill 33 enacted on July 4, 2023 of the Ohio General Assembly.
