876.07 REVOCATION OF PERMIT/NON-RENEWAL.

   (a)   The Chief of Police or his/her designee shall revoke a shooting range permit or refuse to renew a shooting range permit upon determining that:

      (1)   There has been a violation of one or more of the rules set forth in Section 876.06(a)(1) through (a)(10) on three or more occasions within a twelve-month period.

      (2)   There has been a violation of Section 876.06(a)(11) or (a)(12).

   (b)   The Chief of Police shall provide a notice of revocation or refusal to renew a permit to the holder the shooting range permit or responsible person setting forth the bases for such revocation or denial to renew. A revocation suspension shall take immediate effect.
