(a) Presiding Officer. The presiding officer of Council shall be the Mayor who shall be elected pursuant to Charter Section 3.5 and shall assume duties and responsibilities as set forth in the City Charter.
(b) Vice Mayor. The Vice Mayor shall be elected as set forth in Charter Section 3-6 and shall assume all responsibilities and duties as set forth in the City Charter.
(c) Clerk of Council. The Clerk of Council shall be appointed pursuant to Charter Section 3-7 and shall assume all responsibilities and duties as set forth in the City Charter.
(d) Vacancy on Council. Any vacancy on Council due to death, resignation or operation of law shall be filled pursuant to Charter Section 3-2. (Ord. 75-12. Passed 5-5-75.)
