§ 90.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   If any person shall violate any provision, rule or regulation of §§ 90.001 through 90.017, that individual may be subject to citations, fees and penalties as set forth in § 90.012 and shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction punished as prescribed by G.S. § 14-4.

   (C)   (1)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 90.065 through 90.082 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined or imprisoned in the discretion of the court, as provided by law.
      (2)   In addition to the foregoing, this subchapter may also be enforced by means of a civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction.
