§ 90.001 CREATION OF ANIMAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby created an Animal Services Department of Vance County which shall be composed of such employees as shall be determined by the Board of County Commissioners.
   (B)   The employees shall be appointed and compensated in accordance with the policies of the Board of County Commissioners.
