(A) It shall be lawful to take or trap foxes (red or gray) in the county between October 15 and February 28; provided, however, that only the 1-1/2 double-wing fox trap may be used in the trapping of foxes at any time.
(B) The trapping of foxes at any other time shall be unlawful with penalties as provided by the hunting and trapping regulations of the state.
