§ 90.083 EXEMPTION FOR TRAVELING SHOWS.

   Traveling wild, vicious and or exotic animal shows which stay in the county not longer than 14 consecutive days in a 12-month period, such as circuses, zoos, rides, displays, exhibitions, performances and the like, are excluded from the following provisions of this subchapter:

   (A)   Section 90.066;

   (B)   Section 90.067(B)(12);

   (C)   Section 90.069; and

   (D)   Section 90.071.
