§ 90.078 TRANSPORT AND EXHIBITION.
   (A)   No owner shall exhibit any wild, vicious or exotic animal within the county or transport any such animal from 1 point in the county to another point within the county without having the animal in a secure enclosure approved by the ASO.
   (B)   All transport and holding cages shall be deemed escape-proof by the ASO in advance of transporting.
