§ 90.013 INTERFERENCE.
    It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, hinder or molest the Animal Services Department or its agents, or Animal Services Officers or veterinarians in the performance of any duty authorized by this subchapter, or to seek to release any animal in the custody as herein provided.
