§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   If any person shall operate a motor vehicle of the kind hereinabove described in § 71.01, and the operation of such shall result in damage to personal property, real property or fixtures located upon the lands of the County Board of Education, that person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor as defined by G.S. § 14-4(a).
