(A) If any person shall violate an ordinance regulating the operation or parking of vehicles, he or she shall be responsible for an infraction and shall be required to pay a penalty of not more than $50.

(B) Failure to register any mobile home or other vehicle required to be registered under § 70.01 or the failure to display a valid registration sticker (1 issued during the current year) shall be a misdemeanor punishable as authorized under G.S. § 14-4.
