(A) Registration. All mobile homes, house trailers and similar vehicular equipment designed for use as living or business quarters must be registered annually with the County Tax Collector.
(B) Time of registration.
(1) Registration must be made during business hours from January 1 through February 28 of each year.
(2) Should any vehicle not so registered be purchased or moved within the county during the calendar year, the owner must register the mobile home or other vehicle covered under this section within 30 days of the purchase or moving of the vehicle within the county.
(C) Evidence of registration.
(1) All mobile homes or vehicles required to be registered under this section must display a sticker of registration at all times after the vehicle is registered.
(2) This registration sticker will be issued to the person registering any mobile home or vehicle covered under this section.
(D) Fee. There will be no fee imposed for the registration of any mobile home or other vehicle covered under this section.
