§ 152.042 CLASS B SINGLE-SECTION MANUFACTURED HOMES.
   (A)   Class B-1. A single-section manufactured home which has not been placed on a permanent or temporary site and/or not been used for human habitation previously, and that satisfies the compatibility criteria.
   (B)   Class B-2. A single-section manufactured home which has been placed on a permanent or temporary site and/or has been used for human habitation previously, that satisfies the compatibility criteria, and that is found upon inspection to be in excellent or good condition and safe and fit for residential occupancy.
   (C)   Class B-3. A single-section manufactured home, which has or has not been placed on a permanent or temporary foundation and/or has or has not been used for human habitation previously, that is found upon inspection to be in excellent or good condition and safe and fit for residential occupancy, and that does not satisfy the compatibility criteria.
   (D)   Class B-4. A multi-section manufactured home, which has or has not been placed on a permanent or temporary site and/or has or has not been used for human habitation previously, and that is found upon inspection to be in poor condition and is unsafe and/or unfit for residential occupancy.
