§ 152.023 PARKING OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAVEL TRAILERS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, a recreational vehicle, also known as a travel trailer, shall not be deemed a dwelling unit. The usage of a recreational vehicle for living, sleeping or housekeeping purposes and the connection of the vehicle to utility services (other than for periodic maintenance or repair purposes) shall be prohibited, unless the vehicle is located in a camping and recreational vehicle park, so designed to accommodate recreation vehicles.
