§ 150.28 ORDINANCES, REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS FOR DEVELOPMENT.
   (A)   The Planning Board shall prepare and submit to the Board of County Commissioners, for its consideration and possible adoption, ordinances, regulations or standards for any or all aspects of land development necessary to implement the county land use plan, in accordance with applicable local, state and federal laws, regulations and rules.
   (B)   The Planning Board shall review, from time to time, the county’s ordinances, regulations and standards for land development in the county and submit to the Board of Commissioners its recommendations, if any, for the revision of the regulations.
   (C)   The Planning Board shall review and make recommendations to the Board of Commissioners concerning all proposed developments to ensure compliance with any ordinances, regulations or standards adopted pursuant to division (A) of this section.
   (D)   The Planning Board shall circulate or cause to have circulated all proposed developments plans to appropriate government, utility and public service entities for review and comment. The comments shall be considered in the formulation of recommendations to the Board of Commissioners.
