(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to activate an alarm for the purpose of summoning either law enforcement department or fire department assistance when no fire, burglary, robbery or other crime dangerous to life, is being committed or attempted on the premises or otherwise to cause an alarm response where there is no valid basis for causing the same.
(B) It shall be unlawful for an alarm user to fail to reimburse the county, in accordance with § 93.16(B) of this chapter, for alarm response(s) through the County E-911 Communications Center.
