The Board of Trustees shall meet at least once during each calendar year at a time and place established by the Board. Notice of the annual meeting shall be given by the Board in accordance with the notice requirements of the Open Meetings Law (G.S.§§ 143-318.9 et seq.). Other meetings shall be held at the times and places and upon notice as may be provided by the rules and regulations of the Trustees as adopted and approved pursuant to § 91.18 above.
