§ 91.18 OFFICERS; ORGANIZATION.
   The Board of Trustees shall adopt rules and regulations for the election of officers and for the operation of the Board as it shall deem necessary for the effective and orderly conduct of the Board and shall submit the same for approval of the Board of County Commissioners on or before September 1, 1980.
