§ 91.09 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS.
   (A)   No person shall keep more than a total of six domestic animals over the age of six months per household in any residential area zone.
   (B)   This restriction shall not apply to property that is at least one-third of an acre of land (14,250 square feet); however, any person owning more than three of such animals must comply with division (C) of this section.
   (C)   Persons desiring to have more than three animals who meet the regulations set forth in division (B) of this section must have a minimum of 1,000 additional square feet for each additional animal.
