Any organization, association, corporation or other entity receiving a permit pursuant to this section shall be authorized to control the operation of all activities in the area included in their permit and during the time that their permit is in effect. The control shall include, but not be limited to, the right to temporarily designate no parking, rerouting, traffic and other crowd control activities subject to public safety requirements.
