§ 95.19 RECORDING OF WAIVER.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby empowered and required to record all executed waivers as described in § 95.18 above in the Office of the County Recorder, and further the Clerk-Treasurer is empowered and required to collect the necessary fee for recording the waiver from applicants.
