Prior to any waiver of sidewalk requirements by the Board of Public Works and Safety pursuant to § 95.16, the property owner must execute a written waiver of remonstrance acknowledged before a notary public to any sidewalk improvement project initiated by the Board at any time in the future, the waiver being in the form and tenor substantially as set out in the appendix to this chapter, all blanks to be filled in properly at the time of execution.
