(a) All applications received pursuant to Section 1220.03 shall be received by the Village no later than noon on the first day of the month prior to the next scheduled Planning Commission meeting in order to be on the agenda for that scheduled Planning Commission meeting.
(b) The Building Commissioner shall deliver or cause to be delivered to all members of the Planning Commission and Council no later than five days prior to the scheduled meeting, the agenda to be considered at the next Planning Commission meeting. Delivery shall be made by the Building Commissioner.
