( Editor's note: Section 444.001 was repealed as part of the 1988 updating and revision of these Codified Ordinances because violations of the Ohio R.C. 4549.41 through 4549.46, from which Sections 444.001 and 444.04 through 444.10 were derived, were made felonies, by the General Assembly, by Am. Sub. H.B. No. 382, effective March 19, 1987.)
