EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 91-5-4, passed June 4, 1991, combined the duties of the former Village Clerk and Village Treasurer and established a new position of Village Clerk-Treasurer. Former Sections 234.01 and 234.02 have been recodified as new Sections 232.03 and 232.04, respectively.
