(a) There is hereby established a reward fund in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000).
(b) A sum of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) may be paid to any person or persons who furnish information leading to the arrest and conviction of persons causing vandalism or damage to Village property. Said property shall include buildings and land of any kind titled to the Village. The amount of the reward, which shall not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000), shall be determined by the majority of Council based on the damage and/or severity to the Village property.
