(a) There is hereby established the full-time position of Senior Clerk-Treasurer to per form duties set forth by the elected Clerk-Treasurer.
(b) The compensation for such full-time position shall be determined from time to time by Council, in addition to all benefits payable to other full-time employees, with the exception of longevity compensation and clothing allowance.

(c) The Clerk-Treasurer shall hire the Senior Clerk-Treasurer and any other employee required by the Clerk-Treasurer, and which positions are authorized by Council.
