(a) The Clerk-Treasurer shall, not later than the twelfth day of each month, proceed to distribute copies of the minutes of all regular Council meetings that have been approved by Council during the preceding month, to all residents in the Village who desire such copies. Residents must submit a request to the Clerk-Treasurer's office to be included in the mailing of such minutes.

(b) (EDITOR'S NOTE: Subsection (b) was repealed by Ordinance 99-12-11, passed January 4, 2000).
(c) Council hereby authorizes the Clerk-Treasurer to expend such additional funds as are necessary to reproduce and distribute the minutes.
(d) The Clerk-Treasurer shall specifically and clearly identify on all pay ordinances submitted to Council those additional funds that have been expended for the reproduction and distribution of the minutes.
