232.001 MERGER OF OFFICES OF CLERK AND TREASURER.

Commencing with the general election to be held on November 5, 1991, the offices of Clerk and Treasurer will be combined into one office to be known as the Clerk-Treasurer, which person shall be elected for a term of four years commencing on April 1 next year after his or her election. Said Clerk-Treasurer shall be an elector of the Village of Valley View.
