13-4-1: FEES REQUIRED FOR DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS:

All users of Valley County operated or owned Parking Areas as designated in a subsection of the Parks and Recreation Fee Schedule shall pay a day use fee or overnight fee as adopted by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners. (Ord. 21-10, 9-20-2021)

13-4-2: PARKING AREA RULES:

   A.   Outfitters are limited to one trailer left in parking area overnight.

   B.   Outfitters delivering sleds for rental must remove trailer after delivery.

   C.   Full-time residents of Secesh and Warren must obtain a long-term parking permit from the Parks and Recreation Director.

   D.   Overnight Parking:

      1.   Allowed only in designated areas as set by policy of Valley County Board of Commissioners or their designee.

      2.   Cannot be for over one week per season.

   E.   Parking areas cannot be used as storage areas for trailers. (Ord. 21-10, 9-20-2021)

13-4-3: PENALTY:

   A.   Violators of this chapter may be towed at owner's expense.

   B.   Any violation of this chapter shall be punishable as an infraction as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 21-10, 9-20-2021)
